This letter serves to approve the Second Amendment to the Monitor’s agreement originally approved by the Commission by letter dated September 27, 2010 (and amended by the First Amendment, which was approved by the Commission by letter dated March 27, 2015), and entered into as of February 1, 2018. The Second Amendment extends the term of the Monitor’s agreement for an additional three years. By direction of the Commission.
