ORDER EXTENDING TIME PERIOD FOR ISSUING FINAL DECISION AND ORDER In order to ensure that it can give full consideration to the many issues presented by the cross-appeals in this proceeding, including the matters addressed in supplemental briefing submitted in response to the Commission’s May 29, 2015 Order, the Commission has determined, pursuant to Rule 4.3(b), 16 C.F.R. § 4.3(b), to extend the time period for issuing a final decision and order until October 2, 2015. IT IS SO ORDERED.
