Final Order, July 7, 978* Dismissal Order, July 14. 1981 On remand from the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, this order dismisses the March 9, 1978 complaint against a collector and seller of consumer credit information. The Commission concluded that further proceedings would not be in the public interest.
