IN THE MATTER OF KELLOGG COMPANY, ET AL.

Docket 888.', Order, Sept. 2:1, 1975 Commission directs chief administrative law judge, or his designee, to certify status report to the Commission no later than Oct. 20 1975. Appearances ORDER The administrative law judge has filed a motion to modify the Commission s order denying joint application for review, dated Sept. , 1975, to provide more time for the filing of the status report required by the order.

Although, under other circumstances, the reasons stated in the motion may have justified an extension of time, our concern that the case proceed to trial as expeditiously as possible requires that these matters be handled by the chief administrative law judge, or his designee, rather than delay them. Accordingly, It is ordered That the chief administrative iaw judge, or his designee after eonsultation with the parties, schedule a trial as promptly as possible and certify to the Commission a report on the status of this matter no later than Oct. 20, 1975.
